Reservation policy
Each  reservation must be accompanied by a 25 % down payment of the total amount of the stay

Cancellation policy

For all cancelled reservation

8 days prior to the date of arrival from October 16th 2007 to April 6th 2008
21 days prior to the date of arrival from April 7th 2007 to October 15th 2007

Your down payment will be restituted.

For all reduction of stay outside the cancellation period 25 % of the total amount of the stay will be kept.

In the other cases, the down payment of 25 % will not be restituted
